Attention for Students Who Will Take Courses in the 2025–2026 Summer School
The points that students must pay attention to when applying for the Summer School in the 2025–2026 Academic Year are listed below.
Important Points for Course Registration
- Applications to Hitit University will be submitted through the UBYS system.
Special conditions required for applications to other universities:
- The credit or weekly hours of the course requested to be counted as equivalent must be at least 75% of the credit or hours of the course at Hitit University.
- The course content must show at least 75% similarity.
- In order to take courses from the Summer Schools of other higher education institutions, the minimum admission score of the relevant department at that university must be equal to or higher than the student’s central placement score in the year they were admitted to their current department.
Application Rules
- The Summer School petition provided below must be submitted in person to the Department Secretariat of Computer Engineering along with its required attachments.
- Petitions submitted after course registrations made without departmental approval will not be evaluated.
- It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that Summer School grade results are delivered to the relevant unit on time.
Important Note: The student is fully responsible for any missing or incorrect documents.
Important Note: Internships cannot be carried out during the dates in which the Summer School is conducted.
